About Us

We started Life Change Diverse Living to solve a problem that will one day affect us all. Our goal is to enable independent living. We’re doing this by focusing on the individual needs and aspirations of our customers, and creating a solution that meets them.

Our Home Support Service offers support in the Thurrock area providing assistance in the areas of shopping, cleaning, laundry and meals where a client may be struggling to cope with these everyday tasks. We do not promote dependency but encourage each client to participate in the activities where they are able, nurturing a sense of respect and self-worth during the visits. Home Support does not include the provision of personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting.

After the initial visit and assessment by our Home Support team, you will be allocated a Support Worker to assist you with your tasks, who will also develop a trusting, friendly relationship with you, and monitor your health and well -being. We aim to provide a flexible service that is specifically tailored to the different needs of each individual.
